Fondé par John Glaser, Maître-assembleur,depuis l'an 2000,
Lors d'un voyage dans le sud de l'Espagne, John Glaser est tombé sous le charme des vins de Xérès. Quelques années plus tard, il découvre le monde du whisky et l'influence des fûts dans le vieillissement.
The Story of The Spaniard est un assemblage composé à 48% de whiskies vieillis en ex-fûts de sherry.
Riche, épicé. Fruits noirs confits, noix, vanille.
